WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Combined checkout value of RM47 and above:

Free anywhere in Malaysia

Combined checkout value of below RM47:

West Malaysia: RM7
East Malaysia: RM9

For specialty and promotional items the shipping rate mostly free but may vary and will be updated regularly.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? 

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, which is usually the next business day. Most orders leave the warehouse within the next business day after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from Malaysia. 

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. wadiza.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. 

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. wadiza.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE? 

Processing/handling/fulfillment time usually takes within 24 hours, although some items might take up to 3 days. Shipping duration:

Local origin: 3-5 days

International origin: 7-10 days 

Most of our items will take 7-10 days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

* Please take note that most courier system will take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to be active.


WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? 

Our primary fulfillment center is in Malaysia, but most of our the items are located in other countries.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE MALAYSIA? 

We are only able to ship within Malaysia at this time, with plans to ship outside in future. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK? 

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

[ refunds & exchange ]

1. If you require a return, refund, or warranty claim, please write us here: sales@wadiza.com.
2. Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. 
3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.

RETURNS

Returns will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging. Returns will not be granted on used merchandise. If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 14 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a return is approved, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the refund can be properly applied to your account.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
